Changes in our StoryBoard

Changes in our StoryBoard

Our Final storyboard
1. the first shot will be a blank black page which will have the date 1st January typed onto it with an elipsis. This will fade into...(this stayed the same)
2.The next shot is a side view of hands typing on a keyboard. The setting will be low key with very few details around the computer so it makes the character look suspicious(This stayed the same)
3.To the Facebook page with the credits on it.(This stayed in the same order however we decided to make this from her point of view as if it was from her eyes so naturally your head and eyes move a little  like they do in our shot)
4. Low angle shot of girl adjusting her dress(This stayed the same)
5.Mid shot of back of character wearing hoody in low key lighting(We changed the order of this so that our there was a faster cutting rate which will create better suspense for the opening of our of thriller)
6.High angle shot of man moving the mouse(This is in the same place)
7.View from mans computer adding Alicia as a friend(This is in the same place but to distinguish the difference in scenes of Alicia and Jacob we used a Black and white filter on Jacobs scenes)
8.Close up of Alicia's items with arc shot to her on the computer(In this shot an arc to her looking at the computer was used was added)
9.Alicia's view accepting him as a friends(This stayed the same)
10. Mans view saying "hi" to Alicia(This was intended to be a split screen between the 2 characters however we thought we should focus on Jacob starting the conversation so we present him as clearly following her and have him as the dominant character)

We got rid of the shot of jacob stroking the computer screen and the arc shot of jacob because the arc shot was to unsteady to film whilst moving with our equipment and we felt the stroking of the computer screen wasn't needed to establishing in our narrative that Jacob is a weird character.

11.Over the shoulder shot of Alicia looking at the computer(This stayed the same although in our original storyboard we had this shot then the over the shoulder shot of Jacob but we felt this wasn't needed where we placed it so putting it here shows the audience that Alicia has received the message)
12.Date in Facebook font (This stayed the same
13.Alicia's view of conversation between 2 characters(This was also going to be split screen but was to time consuming for the split screen so in editing we sped up the conversation)
14.Date in Facebook font(Stayed the same)
15.Conversation asking if Alicia wants to meet Jacob(This still happened although there was no superimposition)
16. Aerial view of line of 3 items(This stayed the same)
17.Close up side view of phone being put into pocket(This shot was the same apart from the prop was a  phone instead of a printed picture)
18.High angle over the shoulder shot of man looking at phone(This shot was the same apart from the prop was a  phone instead of a printed picture)
19.Side view of Jacob putting on the gloves(This shot was the same)
20.Wide view of Jacob turning around with action coming to the camera and he's holding the knife(This stayed the same)
21.Title of the film fades in(this was the same although our title idea changed)
